About our yoga classes & workshops Vitality Health & Wellness Yoga Program offers training and guidance in asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, supporting a healthy and well balanced lifestyle. While our signature style begins with a foundation of inspired vinyasa flow, our teachers add their own unique style to each class. While the level of physical intensity varies, all classes include time for meditation and inspiration, pranayama, visualization, gentle assists, readings and more.
Our guided meditation sessions integrate simple centering and relaxation techniques to quiet the mind while creating room for more peace, balance, health and harmony in our lives. Participants will use gentle movement, pranayama, mantra and visualization to strengthen their connection between body, mind and spirit.
Private one-on-one yoga & mediations sessions are available for those wanting personalized attention or assistance in their yoga practice. Private yoga, which includes a thoughtful blend of meditation and asana, is also perfect for addressing specific physical challenges or chronic conditions. Depending on your needs, private sessions may also be enhanced with the addition of other therapies, such as aromatherapy and massage.

Yoga Fundamentals: This beginner’s class is the perfect introduction to the basics of yoga, including breathing techniques (pranayama) and the basic yoga postures (asanas) in a safe, friendly environment. Yin & Yang Yoga: This challenging yet relaxing session combines a progressive vinyasa flow with the long-held poses of Yin Yoga. Each session includes an inspired focus and calming meditation, with individualized attention and a guided focus on the breath. This class is great for increasing strength & endurance, joint mobility, energy, flexibility, and body appreciation. Intermediate Yoga: This more advanced class includes many features of the All-levels Yin/Yang class, but also incorporates more challenging postures, with increased intensity for muscular strength, endurance and balance. Each session also includes a more in-depth exploration of poses, while still leaving time for meditation, relaxation, and class interaction. Power Vinyasa: A unique and empowering style of yoga that combines a series of vinyasa "flow-like" postures and deep breathing to restore the body, increase flexibility and endurance, and release tension. This series is followed by a 15 minute "cool-down" sequence of stretching, personal reflection, and rest. Inner Peace Meditation: This guided meditation class integrates simple centering and relaxation techniques to quiet the mind while creating room for more peace, balance, health and harmony in our lives. Participants will use gentle movement, pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra and visualization to strengthen our connection between body, mind and spirit.
